3. Payment Information
To receive payment, please ensure all contact details, including a valid email and mailing address, are accurate. We are not responsible for any errors that may result in payments being sent to incorrect addresses. Payments are available through check, PayPal™, or other approved electronic methods, and applicable sales tax will be added to shipped items. Although over 90% of submissions are honored at the quoted rate, we do not match prices or adjust them after payment.
4. Product Condition Categories
Our experts assess products based on our condition, which may influence the offer. The conditions are categorized as:
- Brand New: Unopened and sealed in original packing with all accessories.
- Flawless: Near perfect, fully functional.
- Good: Minor wear, fully operational.
- Fair: Noticeable wear but functional.
- Broken: Functional but with physical issues.
Battery life impacts valuation; devices with less than 80% battery capacity or less than an hour of battery life may receive lower offers. Additionally, personal engravings may downgrade the condition by one tier.
5. Offer Revisions and Returns
If the device does not meet the condition stated, we may provide a revised offer. Should you decline, your item will be returned at no cost, limited to the item in question. During assessment, our Technical Specialists may remove casings for testing. We cannot be held responsible for items if you request your device back mid-process.
6. Locked Devices and Custom Quotes
We cannot accept locked devices. A return fee will apply for devices that cannot be processed. For items not listed in our catalog, please contact us for a custom quote. Our experts ensure all devices are free of liens and are not reported as lost or stolen.
7. Customer Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to indemnify against any claims or damages resulting from your breach of warranties. To sell your item, you must:
- Discontinue any associated services such as phone or internet to avoid ongoing charges, as we are not responsible for these costs.
- Remove any security codes that might prevent full functionality.
- Include all accessories or materials that match the item’s description in your offer.
- Back up and remove all personal data from your device before sending it, as we assume no liability for any data-related claims.
8. Product Inspection and Offer Acceptance
Upon receiving an item, our experts will inspect it to confirm it meets the provided description. If the item does not meet the conditions stated, the original offer will be void, but a revised offer may still be made. Ownership of the product transfers to us upon acceptance of the final offer.
